Bought 3 for the house we refurbirished the kitchen in.
One unit immediatly required service, then another, andnow the last. Only Two years old. Repairman is throwing in the towel after countless calls.
U Line has a terrible product here.

Thank goodness for the extended warranty! The top drawer is a consistent 70 degrees and has never worked in the 2 years we have owned this product. We have had countless service calls, and pretty much every part that could be replaced, has been replaced. Finally, the warranty company has agreed to refund our money. I can't believe that this unit still exists given the number of 1 star reviews. It is complete garbage!

This product is a complete junk.
When first purchased I noticed that the product was accumulating ice around the door, and there was a serious condensation problem. Luckily I bought an extended warranty.
After four years, in which I've had to trow away quite a lot of food, and at least 15 service calls, the service company has agreed to call it quits and they are going to cut me a check for a replacement unit.

We purchased this product when we remodeled our house in 2007. We loved it for the first several weeks. At least four visits by a "Certified" repairman and the thing still doesn't work. The refrigerator no longer cools, the ice maker stopped working after 6 months and we've never been able to get it fixed. The last time he was at our house he suggested we replace it saying that he had nothing but problems with these units and could never get them working right.
