We absolutely love everything about this machine except for the fact that beans continually get partially stuck in the grinder and the display will read "add beans" when the bean container is full. As soon as you stir the beans around it works again. A bit of a pain as it happens every 5 cups or so.

I have had this machine for a year. Once you figure it out it's very easy to use and makes a nice cup of coffee or latte. I use it every morning and it has saved me numerous trips to Starbucks. My only complaint is if the sensors have anything on them it won't operate. It displays empty trays often. I am still figuring out the best way to clean them. Otherwise, an awesome machine!

I bought this coffee maker about a month ago. The coffee tastes great, although the color seems a little on the lighter side, but it could be the coffee beans. My main concern is the temperature of the coffee. It's quite warm but not really HOT and if you add milk, then is just warm.
I'm not sure if that's the way it supposed to be or if this is malfunctioning?
