This unit has been installed for about a month now, it keeps up with the demand of our small school. The best thing about it is that it doesn't require a drain. We would have to unplug our old unit during winter because it drained to the outside and would freeze. You get nice "dry" ice every time no melting cubes at all.
So Far we have been very impressed with this ice machine good job ULINE

I bought this unit to replace a Uline CLR unit of the same size. This ice maker fit into the cabinet perfectly. The only problem I have is that from reading the specs, the 1/4 inch custom panel door on the CLR machine should have fit this unit, but does not andI have to purchase a new wood panel. The ice cubes are a little smaller than expected, which is a good thing. I love the fact that there is no drain. I was able to install this machine easily by myself. Shopping with AJ Madison was a great experience. Everything went perfect and as advertised!

Was a bit damaged in shipping, but nothing major. Whatever it was misaligned the fan so it would run for a few min and cycle off because it was overheating. Quick call to Uline pointed me in the right direction so I took a look before having someone out. Just had to push the fan bracket forward about 1/8 inch and all works fine.
We have a drain and had a clear ice unit. It has been VERY dry in TX this year and bugs/roaches are starting to show up in the house for the first time since we've been there. The clear ice units don't seal well at all, they are mostly just a rubber seal, plus a wide open drain tube. This unit is refrigerated so it has a full magnetic seal. Old unit had an issue and when it was disassembled 2 bugs ran out. It was enough to gross out my wife enough to find a solution. Uline's unit fit the bill perfectly!
Knocking off a star because there is no scoop holder, which can be problematic.

This machine has not worked at all since we installed it. It has been out for repair. We have not been able to make ice even once with it.
