The noise factor and how often the unit runs killed our enjoyment of this undercounter freezer. It's beautiful, the drawers are roomy and it freezes well. But it keeps us up at night, annoys us during the day--- we have to shout over the noise , even a couple of rooms away--- and runs almost constantly. We hope to return it for something much quieter and much more efficient!
