Proof Bosch do not leave good ideas on the shelf. They are the shelves. EasyLift shelves and door bins help make food storage and access a snap, with flexible adjustments that allow you to easily modify the space inside your refrigerator. But convenience is just one of the reasons their refrigerators are as cool and fresh as the food that's put in them. Style is another. Their counter-depth line offers energy-efficient technology with the stylish appearance of a built-in look, making Bosch refrigerators easy on the eyes - and the electricity bill.
The greatest quality. And the height of environmental awareness.
What you do in the spotlight isn't the measure of your quality, substance or responsibility. What you do when no one is watching is what truly counts. Since 1886, Bosch engineers have pushed themselves - not to meet your expectations, but exceed them. With superior engineering that continually redefines quality. Appliances that do their jobs so well, they seem to have a mind of their own. Yet remain mindful of the world at large and their impact on the environment. To others, this might seem contradictory. To Bosch, it's their reason for being. Evey day, they challenge themselves to deliver superior appliances and greater efficiency - without compromising one for the other. They combine sleek, smart design and practical innovations that use less energy. Less water. And more recyclable materials. Not because the world demanded it. But because they believe it should. After all, it's more than their job. It's their responsibility.

At the end of the first year of ownership, our freezer started defrosting and then the fridge started getting warmer. We called Bosch and it took 4 appointments and multiple parts across a month to get it fixed. Two months later, the same problem is occurring. Bosch told us they will come a week and a half from now to assess the problem. But that will probably mean a series of new parts and many extra service calls. I am forced to buy a new fridge. I am choosing a different brand instead. I'm so tired of Bosch's poor customer support.

I hate this fridge, that is why I am online trying to find another one. There is always frost in the freezor due to doors being semiclosed but you think they are closed. THe silver plastic things on the door baskets come off (they came off in the 1st month we had it). Our ice machine is not broken so we only get crushed ice. I do NOT recommend this fridge at all. We have had it for only a year and I was ready to get a new one only after a few months but now since our food in freezor has thawed and refrozen many times my husband is ready as well!!
