Heat Pump Models

Wish I had replaced my older PVAC unit with this one years ago! This newer model is as quiet as can be and heats my apartment (735 sq. ft.) in a short time and the thermostat option is terrific. Have not yet used in summer, but hope it will keep apt. cool in the same way it keeps it warm in the winter. Would highly recommend this unit.

I purchased this heat pump as a replacement for an 18 year old model which had begun to turn itself on and off and switch between heat and AC randomly. It was (and the new model will be) used in a 400 sq foot upstairs artist's studio with high ceilings.
I chose this model because we were happy with the previous one, it would fit in the installation sleeve we already had, and it was slightly more powerful than what was being replaced.
The delivery was within the time promised, the merchandise was as advertized, and my son and I were able to switch out the two units without trouble (It took two of us only because they weigh about 100lbs. each).
So far everything seems to check out, however we have only extensively run the AC since it is summer here in Southern California.
