Rated 4 out of 5 Unit Was Replaced by Amana Original product was unrepairable and replaced without any problems by Amana. Biggest problem was with defective turntable (would nor "seat" properly). Additionally. oven door window had several internal "adhesive" smudges which could not be corrected. New unit is very good...quiet and efficient. Amana customer service was excellent. 3/18/13
