We have an open kitchen, so odors would permeate the entire apartment. After installing this fan, there is almost no difference. It makes a lot of noise, even on the lowest setting. Useless!

we put this 36 inch fan over a 30 inch range to get better exhaust. it looks good and works excellent. The highest speed is a bit loud, but does the trick, then you can put it down to a lower speed.

I bought this as a replacement for my old range hood. The product arrived on time and in good condition. Installation was pretty straightforward, and I did it alone in about 1 hr. I connected it to my existing ducting. Then I replaced the incandecent lights that came with the hood by more powerful halogen ones, and they work great. The noise from the fan on the lower and middle setting is quieter than my old hood. The fan does a good job of removing smoke and fumes from the range.

has best features and much higher cfm's than competitors brand's offer three fan speeds timer and two light settings works great for my kitchen application.
