Rated 2 out of 5 by Cannot simmer The low level of the range burners is way too high and cannot be turned down to a simmer level. The manual indicated that the burners were individually adjustable, but the reality for this unit is that they could only be turned up, not down. This could be just a faulty unit. Perhaps the pressure regulator was set too high. We did not attempt to fool with that and returned the unit. Neither the manual or the web site indicate High and Low Btu outputs for the range. After talking to tech support, they found a different manufacturer which provided Btu ratings that looked good. 2/18/11
