Been waiting for a long time to purchase a 48 inch stove. They were too pricey for our budget. Came across this one and was nervous about purchasing site unseen. Sales rep was great, very helpful and answered all our questions. Delivery was timely and delivery men were extremely careful and polite. The range is more than we expected.

Tommy Great Value
I needed two ovens and a large cooktop at a reasonable price, and this fit the bill. The small oven is large enough for my metal 9x13 pan. The large oven easily accommodates my large cookie sheets and has way more cooking and baking modes than I need. The layout of the cooktop is great. There are five burners, and I can get three large pots and two smaller pots on at the same time. I didn't think I'd use the griddle as much as I am using it... don't hate, but I've even used it to cook steaks when husband wasn't home to fire up the wood grill.
I love the "lower end" features, too. The drawer for the extra parts is great. I also love the timer and delay start on the ovens.
The lights on the oven stay on while it is cooking, which took some getting used to, but the kids love watching the food cook (weird) and it is easy to tell if it is off.
My kitchen is smallish (16x9), and I like that this range did not overwhelm the space like the beefier looking high end models may have. In comparison, this one looks sleek and modern.
We bought it in the midst of our kitchen remodel, and we don't even have our cabinets in yet, so I don't know how much lower than the counters it will sit, but I'm sure it will. That is strange that a range meant for American kitchens will need to be propped up. A height extender accessory kit is available, but I had no idea I needed one, and the salesman didn't mention that I would probably want one. I'm waiting until my cabinets are in to be sure, but knowing I may have to spend another couple hundred dollars plus shipping is annoying.
I have not yet tried to melt chocolate on the small burner, so I don't know if it is likely to burn. Since it is not specifically listed as a simmer burner, I'm not sure it is.
The four stars for performance simply means I've yet to try out all the features. Once our remodel is finished I may be able to speak about how the rotisserie works, or if I can melt chocolate without burning it, and how evenly the ovens cook. Sadly, I cannot attest to those things yet.
The four stars for appearance reflect my annoyance on the height issue. I really prefer the look of this one to the others I've seen.
All in all, for a budget conscious cook who needs two ovens and lots of stovetop space, this is the oven to get. This being the nicest range I've owned, I'm not sure what I am missing not spending more on a better known, higher end model, so I'm satisfied.

This range has exceeded my expectations! I had a Viking 48 inch in my last kitchen and there is no comparison and it's more than twice the price! And it's beautiful, it is the focal point of my kitchen. I am so glad I chose this range.
