Assebbly was a little testy, had to file one spot to make front bezel fit but overall it took about two hours. After assembly the grill worked as expected GREAT. I wish I had puhchased a Weber sooner insetad of cheaper and lower quality grills of which I have had many.

Good product quality for the price but free shipping is not exactly immediate and be sure you unpack the entire unit before the shipping company departs. Since I was at work when the product arrived my wife only opened the box and inspected what she could see. When I fully unpacked all parts to assemble mine I found damage to the back panel which is packed at the bottom of the box and the under side of the grill on the runners from which the grease catcher assembly hangs. To avoid time and cost of returning I managed to "repair" mine with a rubber hammer and wood blocks. Over all assembly was a breeze

I am totally happy with the purchased Weber Genesis barbeque and it even better then expected.
The service of AJ Madison was excellent, but the only disappoinment is that we had to pay NY sales tax despite the two barbeques were exported from NY JFK airport to Abu Dhabi...
