We bought this oven to fit into a small space under a countertop and it is terrific. It's not as small inside as it looks. It is our first convection oven and we love it although the shorter cook times do take some getting used to. It is very sleek looking and the controls are easy to use.

I am not convinced that the oven is heating to the right temp as my muffins took an extra 20 minutes -- i have only used it once, so only one baking to judge by

First and foremost, we purchased this oven because it was the ONLY replacement wall oven made that fit our height restriction. We were replacing a fifty year-old oven that left a cut-out slightly below what is offered in replacement ovens today. So a big thumbs up to Fagor for offering a product that met our needs!
Style-wise, I'm not too crazy about the little buttons to operate it. I would have preferred a touch panel, but that's a minor detail.
I also think its fast pre-heat is somewhat slow, but since we had to guess anyway on the old oven, how am I to know? My biggest complaint is the timer/ready buzzer. It is way too soft and you definitely have to be nearby to hear it.
I am also still trying to figure out the convection part of the oven. I baked two bundt cakes over the weekend, following the directions for convection bake, and neither turned out satisfactorily. In both cases, I had to adjust both the temperature and time and I also had to bake the particularly dense one on regular bake for a while. So for me, the bake option has always been the go to as I continue to figure out the optimal settings and recipes for the convection bake. While I don't cook too much in the way of pastry or souffles, my guess is it would be excellent for baking delicate things. Best of all, things cook through without sticking and burning- all LOVE for that!
I really, really like the interior. I think it's sleek and really easy to maintain. The racks slide in and out easily and clean easily with a little water and a paper towel.
I ran the self-clean for the first time the other day because there was dark, gunky stuff (from a convection roast, I think) that wouldn't come off from the bottom just with damp paper towels. I was prepared to wipe the interior of ash after it was complete, opened the oven door, and voila, it was like new again! I didn't see a speck anywhere. The only thing is that I wish the self-clean had an automatic shut-off.
So overall, I'm pretty ramped about this Fagor oven and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another product again. If you're banking on quality then I would say Fagor is about as good as it gets.

I bought a FAGOR dishwasher and liked it so much I ended up buying a cooktop, hood, this oven and a fridge. I really really love this oven. It heats up super fast. It cooks very very well. It looks great! I am a head chef by trade and I would recommend this oven. I do not see the need to buy anything that costs more the this because it has every feature I need. I have used it a lot. My whole kitchen is now FAGOR and I would not have it any other way.
