I love this fridge. We just built a new house and the contractor had never heard of Northland before, so he made me nervous about purchasing this fridge. I did a ton of research on this type of fridge and several people I know have a popular brand fridge like this and have had many problems with it. I wanted to avoid the big names because I didn't want to pay for a name. This fridge fits a lot in it. If you are looking for an egg tray, butter compartment and all those doo dads, you will not find them in this fridge. What you will find is very sturdy inside metal door shelves that dont flex when you pull on them. Lots of storage. We just lost power for 5 days (so far) in a storm and the fridge kept the food cold for 2 days. I suspect if we hadn't of opened it, it may have kept even longer. it is a little noisy when it is running, but not enough to bother me. The cabinet door fronts also make this such a beautiful appliance, it just blends in with the kitchen. The only weird thing is the vent above, the grill cover even with the cabinet cover is set out from the unit so from certain angles you can see the wires behind. I suspect this is set up this way for kitchens that have a closed soffit or cabinets above the fridge. Mine is open above so it didn't really need the breathing room on the front. Also for installation, it did not come with the hose clamp it needed to hook up the ice maker.

Although I'm very happy with the new refrig.; I must also rave about AJ Madison. Although some complications arose, they handled them all with speed and themselves paid the extra expenses to make it right. I'm very impressed with the company.
Although built-in-refrigs. are very expensive, this one is lower priced than others and I'm very happy with the refrig. It looks beautiful and the inside design is excellnet with lots of room.
