Fagor's gas cooktops features covered electronic ignition. By being located inside the burner, they are protected from being damaged or scratched by any cookware. These gas cooktops also features sealed burners. Not only will it make cleaning easier, but will keep any cooking spills from damaging the inside of the burner. Also when the the flame goes out for any reason, the re-igniton will initiate automatically. Let's not forget about Figor's Triple Crown Burners with 15,000 BTU/H. Designed with three concentric flame outputs and large surface burners, allowing you to use a large diameter cookware, with uniform heat distribution. When less power is needed, the concentric flames will turn off starting from the outside.

Four different sized burners fit the bill for any amount of heat needed. A real big cook top for such a small space. 1/12/11

I liked the look of it and so I ordered this and the Fagor 24" oven to go with the kitchen. Both products have been fantastic. I couldnt be happier with my purchase, they look good and exceed my expectations. I would definitely recommmend Fagor to anyone looking for high styule at a value price. 7/9/10
