This refrigerator is the worst. Ordered stainless and they sent me a hot pink damaged model and charged my credit card 3 times. Never buy from them again.

Our All Refrigerator unit was damaged from delivery and took several months to get repaired. Also, we had thermostat units replaced three times, as well as a compressor. Northland Service rep tried very hard to remediate , but the President of Northland dragged his feet for over one year. He would not agree to replace the unit, only repair it . Over one year of waiting and several service calls. The trim on shelving and drawer pulls are covered in metallic contact paper and the stainless parts are rusting! Would never buy a Northland product again!!!

Multiple issues with both our 36'' refridgerator and our 36'' freezer. Bought these units with the thought that the true commercial style compressor units would be a one and done purchase. Sadly mistaken. Been through a compressor unit on the Fridge and one on the Freezer and had the replaced unit on the freezer repaired to the tune of 400.00 clams on top of which comes the wasted food inside, add another 800 for that and then add on the three weeks of down time awaiting an electronic part.
Paying what I paid for these units they should have lasted my life-time.
Also, these things suck electricity more than any other out there. We had a energy audit done on each circuit in our home, expect these two units to run what it costs to run a 8 person hot tub, that is what it equates to in our home - almost to the t. ZERO information on energy consumption from the manufacturer as well.
Would not recommend unless you were my enemy, even then maybe not.
