I had this steamer once before but it became hard to find the replacement cloths so i traded it in for the shark and the shark is aweful. The Eureka steamer works so much better and cleans perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quality steamer. Just make sure you have the replacement cloths available for purchase because they do need to be replace periodically. Thanks for a wonderful product.

This Eureka steam cleaner for hard surfaces is awesome! I use it on my laminate, linoleum, and ceramic tile. I have been trying numerous products on my laminate floor that cleans well & doesn't leave any streaks. I am amazed at what the dirt on the cleaning pad removes. I thought my floor was clean before, but it definitely wasn't! This was well worth the money.

I'm not impressed in this product. The reservoir is small, I can't even finish my kitchen floor without refilling. I used a swiffer wet jet on the floor after using the steam cleaner, and found more dirt.
