Rated 1 out of 5 by JoJo Marvel Quality NOT Good
Bought ice maker 4 years ago from AJ Madison. Wire grid broke during first year and it was replaced under warranty. Now it will not make ice larger than the thickness of paper. Replaced the mister thermostat=$400 parts & labor. Still won't work and now pump is grinding... Now the seal system valve needs replaced and the drain pump needs replaced. Marvel only warranties the seal system for parts for up to 5 years and the valve part is only $94... service to install is $500. Marvel really doesn't care. Very poor quality in the system. Looking for new brand.---Also very noisy even when it worked at it's best.

bought this michine 4 years ago and have had to have it repaired every year at a cost of $300 to $500 per repair. Again it is not working and it needs about $700 in repairs. Time to switch brands and get a new one. Just hate having to put out another $1500 for a new ice maker.
