AJ Madison recommends the installation of a Ductless Split System to be done by a trained and qualified HVAC technician with the proper knowledge and background. A trained technician will be able to judge the best location for the air handling (evaporator) unit and also the correct size for the area it has to cool. Should you experience an issue during the installation or the initial startup of the unit please do not contact the manufacturer. You should have the technician that installed the units contact either AJ Madison or the manufacturer. We cannot accept any service or warranty calls from anybody but a licensed HVAC technician. We have full technical support team available to help you throughout the installation process.
AJ Madison, Inc. cannot be held liable for improper installation and operation of any product purchased from our company. Should a warranty issue arise where parts will need to be replaced, an installation receipt will be required along with your AJ Madison sales receipt. Failure to provide a receipt or invoice may result in the warranty not being honored.

Super quiet great split combo. We had an issue with the contractor installing the drain properly. He came back right away and used braided line and the problem was fixed. Great quality unit. We are very satisfied.

Don't buy extra accessories
I purchased this unit and even though it is used for a 550 SF garage it underperforms for the space. I also purchased the "required line set" and it did not arrive until 3 weeks after the mini-split system so it was wasted money.

Excellent Value
We got the a/c in just in time for the Los Angeles Heat wave. It is a beautiful system - extra quiet. The online tracking wasn't working but everyone was helpful on phone

Great Unit
I had a window unit for my bedroom that was loud, noisy and a real pain to install and de-commission at the end of summer. Thankfully, my ace home contractor installed the new mini-split unit 3 days after it arrived! The unit is very quite, powerful and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this unit.
