Sealed Burner Cooktops
Gas cooktops will either have sealed burners or open burners. Sealed burner cooktops are easier to clean because
spills cannot drop into the burner. The trade off is that sealed burner cooktops put out less heat than open burner cooktops but offer more control over the flame.
