French Door Refrigerators
French door refrigerators split the fresh food compartment door in half (creating two doors), which makes it easier
to open in smaller kitchens. All French door refrigerators (like bottom freezer refrigerators) have the freezer compartment on the bottom, so fresh food is more accessible. French door refrigerators can also be counter depth for a flush look. These refrigerators are not to be confused with side by side refrigerators, which have separate fresh and frozen food compartments adjacent to each other.
